WILD FLOWER
Solitary bloom
how light is your toil,
being the sacred
there, grown from the soil !
Spirit that is life
giving form to mind,
trembling, at one with
a moderate wind ;
'have you the sense
for the ear to hear,
love speak through nature
with a quiet voice ?'
'Be you not anxious
to crouch round her stem
so you may wonder
where beauty comes from;'
blueprint of heaven
with timely appeal,
signature too, is
the Solomon Seal.
